Aadhar Card is not required for SIM card and bank account: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has given a major ruling to the Supreme Court for linking the mobile number and bank account. The Supreme Court has said that it is illegal to compulsorily associate mobile number with support. It is also unconstitutional for the court to compulsorily associate a bank account with support.Axiata Group Berhad, through its affiliates, has 19.75% shareholding in Idea Cellular.
